Vicci Died on the 12th may 2003.She fell off iron railings and and fractured her skull the jury
ruled this was an accidental death.vicci was so young and didnt deserve to die she was a very
special bright loving helpfull person ever.She must have been very special if the dear lord wanted
her so soon.Vicci Attended St benedicts catholic school.Vicci was born in derby.vicci Had loads of
family who she will be missed by very much ..The lord will take ger under his wing and she is now a
beautiful angel R.I.P vicci x Love all you family and friends x x

Dear Vicci, I could not believe it when I heard you had gone. Your friend is right, you were a very special girl. You had the most beautiful smile and were such a warm, generous and fun loving girl. It is outrageous that the city council have gotten away with your death with nothing more than just a trivial fine. Children should be safe to play on parks, with no fear of cast iron railings toppling over on them.
